Independent Audit
It is approved in the General Assembly held on 14.04.2025 to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent accounting firm for the audit of the accounts and transactions for the fiscal year 2024.
Moreover, It is approved the appointment of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to carry out, within the scope of the relevant regulations, the mandatory assurance audit of the disclosures to be prepared in accordance with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS) published by the Public Oversight Authority (KGK), as well as other related activities, including but not limited to assurance engagements, for the reporting periods of 2024 and 2025.
