    Deloitte, one of the leading companies of the world in supervision and consultancy, examined the globally greatest companies of consumer products sector in the report titled “Global Powers of Consumer Products 2012” . In ranking of the report, Efes has been one of the three Turkish companies among the first 250 according to endorsement as well as the only Turkish company ranked in the first 30 according to the analysis named “Q ratio”.

    Anadolu Efes won an outstanding award with its successful merger activities realized following the strategic alliance made with SABMiller. The “Company Magazine”, which organizes one of the most prestigious and reputable business world awards of Russia, awarded Efes Russia as the “Company of the Year” in “Strategic Alliance” category.
  • USD 500 Million Bond Transaction Confirms Anadolu Efes' Status As a Global Company

    Europe's 5th, world's 12th largest by volume and Turkey's number one brewer Anadolu Efes managed a USD 500 million bond transaction following a roadshow across Europe and US in October. The coupon of 3.375 % is lowest ever coupon for a 10 year USD denominated BBB - CEEMEA transaction. The successful transaction, which creates a new benchmark for future corporate issues from the Central Eastern Europe and Turkey region, reconfirmed Anadolu Efes' strong international position as a global company.
  • The only Turkish company with Baa3 investment grade by Moody’s

    Moody’s Investors Service has today assigned a “Baa3” long-term issuer rating to Anadolu Efes with a “Stable” outlook. This rating reflects (1) the Company’s leading position in the Turkish market, with a ca. 85% volume share of the domestic beer market; (2) its strengthened position in Russia following the merger with SAB Miller’s Russian operations; and (3) the potential to extract synergies as well as the moderate debt/EBITDA leverage of between 2x and 3x for its core beer operations.
